Arkansas Post Museum & National Park Must be good place to fish, because everyone and their brother was holding a pole.   Over at the Wilbur Mills Lock and Dam on the Arkansas River.  Let me tell you, those are some determined fisherman there...they had to cross 40 feet of those rocks to get to where they are, no sidewalk that close to the river.
